Welcome to the Kitchen

Prompt Pantry is a free, experimental service operated by Joakim Jardenberg ("the Owner," "we," "us"). By using Prompt Pantry, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally brief and human-readable. This is a kitchen, not a courtroom.

What You Get

Free access to an AI interaction framework that helps you think more clearly about how you work with AI. This includes ingredient management, recipe building, community sharing, and AI-assisted generation features. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without notice.

Your Content

You own the ingredients and recipes you create. However, by using Prompt Pantry, you grant us a broad, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the service. This includes the right to use anonymized or aggregated content data for research, analytics, product development, and marketing purposes.

When you publish content to the Community Cookbook, you make it publicly available and grant all other users the right to view, fork, and build upon your shared recipes.

Data and Privacy

We collect and store the data you provide (account information, ingredients, recipes, usage patterns) to operate the service. We also collect analytics data about how you use the service. The Owner has full access to all user data for operational, analytical, and business purposes. We may use this data to improve the service, generate insights, and for any legitimate business purpose including potential sale or transfer of the service.

We will not sell your personal contact information to third-party advertisers. However, aggregated, anonymized usage data may be shared with partners or potential acquirers.

Zero Lock-in

Your data is yours. You can export your entire pantry at any time with a single click: every ingredient, every recipe, every category, in a standard JSON format. No hoops, no waiting periods, no "please contact support." Taking your kitchen elsewhere is always just a download away. We earn your stay, not trap it.

AI Features

The AI Sous Chef feature uses third-party AI models. Content you submit to AI features may be processed by these providers. AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is with no guarantee of accuracy, quality, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI-generated content before use.

The Fine Print

This is a free, experimental service. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or the quality of AI-generated content.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or shut down the service entirely at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.

In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of the service, all user data and content may be transferred to the acquiring party, who will be bound by these terms or will notify you of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
